Bookings
If you are interested in our bungalow, then we give you a free option of two weeks.
We will not offer the bungalow to others during that period.
After two weeks, the option expires automatically without any obligations from either side.
If you decide to rent a bungalow, then we make a rental contract.
After signing, we require an advance payment of 25%.
The rest of the rent plus the deposit we would receive at least two weeks before leaving for Curacao.
After that we send you the keys and additional information.
We return the deposit, minus eventual compensation for culpable damage, as soon as we have received the keys again.

Rental rate per night
The rent for the bungalow is Euro 60.- per night based on two persons.
In addition, we charge Euro 7.50 per night for each extra person.
There are no other additional costs.
High season and low season rates are equal.
The rental rate per night is thus:
- 1 or 2 persons - Euro 60.-
- 3 persons - Euro 67.50
- 4 persons - Euro 75.-
- 5 persons - Euro 82.50
- 6 persons - Euro 90.-
Payment
We require an advance payment at booking of 25% of the rent.
The rest of the rent, plus a security deposit of Euro 200.-, must be paid no later than two weeks prior to departure.
Cancellations
For cancellations we charge 25% of the rent for a cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival, 75% for cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, and 100% from the day of arrival.
